This project explores the use of generative AI as a full-fledged creative tool for music video production, combined with traditional post-production techniques to achieve a professional, cinematic result.
The entire clip was generated using AI-based image and video generation, supported by an extensive post-production workflow in DaVinci Resolve. Rather than relying on generic AI outputs, every shot was carefully designed to emulate the look and discipline of a real-world film shoot. All visuals were conceived as if captured on a Super 35mm camera, with deliberate choices made for aperture, exposure, depth of field, and lens behavior depending on each shot.
A strong emphasis was placed on visual coherence and realism. Film grain was added in post-production, and lighting consistency was meticulously controlled to maintain a unified cinematic language throughout the video. Each image was first precisely prompted and curated before being transformed into video, using a start-frame / end-frame workflow combined with detailed camera movement prompts to define how the virtual camera should behave.
One of the main challenges was avoiding the common inconsistencies often found in AI-generated video. Significant time was invested in refining prompts, regenerating shots, and aligning visual details to ensure continuity, stability, and a professional level of quality across the entire project.
The result is a fully AI-generated music video that demonstrates how, when used with intention, technical rigor, and creative direction, generative AI can become a powerful production tool capable of delivering high-end visual storytelling.
